Patrick Keenan, Esq.

Patrick Keenan joined Gianfrancesco, Friedemann & Maselli as an associate in 2025. His practice includes personal injury, property damage, insurance coverage, breach of contract, and various transactional matters. Patrick joined the firm as a law clerk in May 2024 where he was quickly exposed to all phases of litigation in Rhode Island & Massachusetts. He remained with the firm throughout his third year of law school before passing the July 2025 Rhode Island Bar Exam.

 

Attorney Keenan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Florida State University in 2022 and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2025. Throughout law school, Patrick was a member of the Business Startup Clinic, where he and other clinic members facilitated an asset transaction between two local businesses. Furthermore, in his last semester, he interned at Sensata Technologies, a large publicly traded company. There, he engaged in several areas of the law, including employment and intellectual property law, while expanding on his transactional practice. 

 

Outside of the office, Patrick has been a licensed soccer referee for the past 14 years, officiating high-level youth and high school games. He also enjoys grilling, attending sporting events and spending time with family and friends.
