Anthony Gianfrancesco, Esq.

Anthony J. Gianfrancesco is a co-founded our firm in 2012 after having practiced law in Rhode Island for thirty years with the law firm of Baluch, Gianfrancesco & Mathieu.  Attorney Gianfrancesco is well-known and well-regarded among his peers as a premiere Rhode Island litigator having tried many cases to verdict in Rhode Island State Courts and Rhode Island’s Federal District Court. 

Over the course of his career, he has gained a reputation and valuable experience for handling insurance defense and plaintiff’s litigation matters.  He is among the most frequently chosen arbitrators and mediators by his colleagues when they attempt to resolve disputes and lawsuits outside of Court.

Attorney Gianfrancesco attended LaSalle Academy and graduated from Brown University in 1979.  He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1982.  He is a member of the Justinian Law Society and the Rhode Island Bar Association.

Anthony, as the son of immigrants, is active in the Italian-American community both locally and nationally.  He enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren, making wine, and playing bocce.  He also enjoys competitive running and has completed several marathons.
